What is Human Excellence in Life and Performance?

Human Excellence in Life and Performance also known as HELP was an Idea that had come to me while studying to be a certified life coach. How could I assist the most people. Using the positive life skills I have learned. At the end of my coaching program we had to design our business model and make our business plan. Since I had completed all my assignments, it was an easy step to start my business. First and foremost we are a life coaching company we are here 2-HELP-u succeed in whatever life challenge you have going on. We will coach you to that positive outcome. Who am I?

My name is Tim Thomas. I grew up in a small town in northern Massachusetts. Graduated from Greater Lowell Vocational Technical School. I have been studying martial arts and physical fitness since the age of 14. At the age of twenty I went off to serve my country in the U.S. Army. I held positions as medic, armorer, driver, and team leader. I became involved in security services and my biggest accomplishment was being team leader for HBO's Dog Days of Summer Concert Tour.

In 1995 when I separated from the service I continued to pursue a career in security services. I achieved a position as Head of Security for a small NH Museum. I continued on this course for the next 7 years. I ended this career as a security specialist designing and installing all types of protection and surveillance systems. My greatest achievement was designing the child advocacy center for the seacoast community center along with Portsmouth PD.

This occupation took up much of my time, in looking for a change in 2002. I took a position as assistant counter manager at a electrical distributor. Then I moved into a position to serve the company as a senior customer service representative. I am currently working as an Outside Sales Representative.

Now in 2009 I am currently still with this large electrical distributor while I build my business. Devoting all my time to coaching and training.  I am now 37 years young and am enjoying life. I am now married to a wonderful woman. I have always been searching for that right place where I fit in and am comfortable. I think I have finally found it. I enjoy helping others. I have a no quit attitude and an eye for perfection.

My Expert service

Wow, how much I have grown in one year as stated previously "this section will change". What was Warriors Realm has now changed into something very different. Now Human Excellence in Life and Performance (HELP) has come into place I am still hunting to make my dreams a reality. The fact is that my thoughts and horizons have now been expanded to accommodate and do a greater good for myself and my community.

What is Warriors Realm? Warriors realm is an idea that had came to me as I pondered the ton of notes that I have in my personal training of how to help people track down information they may be in search of. Warriors Realm is also a goal of mine that when opened will be a reflection of my training and my experiences that will be able to be passed on for many generations. Warriors Realm begins here like the thought in my head as it becomes more complete this section will change.

The Whole Picture

OK, I want you to know something just as important as the above points: I'm not a perfect! While I may look it, I don't have it all worked out and  in fact I am very, very human.

I feel all the human emotions, and am often judgmental, righteous, arrogant, stingy, lustful, defensive, stressed, angry and scared. I drink beer, and most days watch television. 

And...I'm excited about life - every day. I'm excited about what we can do in our relationships, our careers, our businesses, and how much fun we can have! And....I'm grateful to be living a truly amazing life.
